Baltimore Concert Opera and the Arch Social Club announce a new partnership to bring diverse communities together using opera as the bridge, fulfilling BCO’s vision to Build Community through Opera. With Adrienne Danrich as a principal creator, the two organizations will introduce, the premiere of a walking tour centering around the life and story of Anne Brown, the Baltimore-born operatic soprano who created the role of Bess in the famous 20th century American opera by the Gershwins, “Porgy and Bess.”
